As the user gateway to web3, wallets are the key to mainstream adoption. For us to achieve that, however, advances in security, UX, and more need to be made — and the good news is that we’re getting there.

With all that’s happening in the wallet space and to push this forward, we need a meeting ground, for us to come together and connect. That’s why we’ve decided to host WalletCon, the first conference dedicated entirely to the wallet experience.

WalletCon’s mission is to bring the broader wallet community together to unpack and discuss the ideas and technologies disrupting the wallet experience for the better. As the first web3 conference focused entirely on wallets, WalletCon will serve as a one-day exploration of the theoretical questions and key innovations shaping tomorrow’s wallet experience, carried out with the visionaries and builders transforming ideas into reality.

Our purpose is clear — to improve the wallet experience so that we can onboard web3’s first billion users. This mission engages actors working across all facets of wallet technology, which is why we have identified four mini-tracks: security, identity, communications, and wallet UX. We look forward to announcing our speakers in the coming weeks.

This very first edition of WalletCon will take place on March 1 in Denver, Colorado, the day before ETHDenver kicks off. You will be able to apply for tickets starting February 1, so follow the WalletCon Twitter account and refer to our website for the latest information.
