How we work

  • Team Structure

    We are a globally distributed, fully remote team with people based in 30 different countries (and a few digital nomads). About 60% of us are engineering and product, with teams collaborating cross-functionally across product domains. We’re a relatively flat, fluid structure that gives people what they need to own their work, build great relationships, and deliver their best work.

  • Org Framework

    We've been intentional about creating and communicating clear frameworks for our role levels, both managers and individual contributors. These frameworks set expectations for performance and create constructive career development paths. You'll always know what's expected at your level and what growth looks like.

  • OKRs

    We run the business around a cadence of ambitious quarterly Objectives and Key Results. Each quarter we review how we delivered against the previous quarter's goals and set new ones. This keeps us focused on the right priorities, ensures team alignment, and holds us all accountable.

  • Ways of Working

    How we work together on a daily basis matters at WalletConnect. From thoughtful Slack thread guidelines, a "structured reading, messy discussion" meeting protocol, No Meeting Wednesdays for focus time, and more. Working remotely here means making information easy to find and engage with.
