Purpose
Purpose is the intention behind everything we do; it’s how we start, why we do things, and what keeps us on track. Purpose means knowing why we’re doing something before we do it, evaluating ideas and priorities against the wider purpose, and measuring what matters. Our shared goal is greater than any individual agenda.
Perseverance
Perseverance is how we align and stay accountable for achieving the purpose. We are resilient, we adapt, and we finish what we start. We act with integrity, holding ourselves accountable to the commitments we make, and we work together to find the best ways to meet our goals. When we fail or make mistakes, it's a chance to learn.
Pride
Pride is the standard we hold ourselves to in how we work, with craftsmanship, precision, and respect. We take pride in everything we produce: our product, our code, our documentation, our communication, our processes. We invest time upfront to make things clear for customers and colleagues.
How we work
Team Structure
We are a globally distributed, fully remote team with people based in 30 different countries (and a few digital nomads). About 60% of us are engineering and product, with teams collaborating cross-functionally across product domains. We’re a relatively flat, fluid structure that gives people what they need to own their work, build great relationships, and deliver their best work.
Org Framework
We've been intentional about creating and communicating clear frameworks for our role levels, both managers and individual contributors. These frameworks set expectations for performance and create constructive career development paths. You'll always know what's expected at your level and what growth looks like.
OKRs
We run the business around a cadence of ambitious quarterly Objectives and Key Results. Each quarter we review how we delivered against the previous quarter's goals and set new ones. This keeps us focused on the right priorities, ensures team alignment, and holds us all accountable.
Ways of Working
How we work together on a daily basis matters at WalletConnect. From thoughtful Slack thread guidelines, a "structured reading, messy discussion" meeting protocol, No Meeting Wednesdays for focus time, and more. Working remotely here means making information easy to find and engage with.
